Hello,

My name is Michael, and I have been an avid model railroader since I was a child, the first layout that caught my interest to get into the hobby was my Uncles, which was assembled on a piece of plywood, and had several operating locomotives and scenery accessories, I instantly fell in love with the hobby and shortly there after started to collect my own.  Starting from a wooden set, the advancing to a plastic set, and then eventually the real deal taking after the role of my uncle getting into HO scale and have not looked back since. I have since collected and featured three 4 X 8 layouts,  One was just a general oval that I had on a piece of plywood on the floor under my bed, the second one was on a piece of plywood featuring the Tyco Silver Streak train set, the third one was an  army one on a piece of plywood set up in my basement, the fourth one was a Fire Scene, that showcases several McDonald’s fire trucks.  This has been the them for quite a time now, I have recently added a second 4 X 8 piece of plywood to the layout making it an L shape will two 4 X 8 pieces of plywood,  please write with any feedback or questions you may have.
